Michelle is an Arbitrator of the Hainan International Arbitration Court and former Judge of the Shenzhen District Court. She has extensive experience in dispute settlement and works with the foreign-related legal service team at the leading Chinese law firm, JunZeJun Law Offices. Her primary role within that team is to provide legal services and advice in relation to dispute settlements (litigation and arbitration), company law, contract law and foreign direct investment. She holds a Masters of International Law from the University of Sydney and Bachelor of Laws from Shenzhen University. Her skills and expertise a legal professional and multilingual background saw her being selected as a foreign-related lawyer of the Shenzhen Lawyer’s Association.
