Patrick Ferguson has practised as a lawyer in the UK and Australia in a wide range of commercial legal areas:

1. commercial litigation including debt recovery and insolvency (bankruptcy and corporate insolvency)
2. commercial contracts including drafting standard terms and conditions of trade & advising in relation to the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA)

5. Wills & Probate and appointments of Enduring Guardians and Enduring Powers of Attorney

Patrick is NSW Supreme Court Costs Assessor and has served on a number of NSW Law Society Committees for many years.

He is also a Notary Public with many years experience in notarising documents for individuals and large corporations.
